    "The Flame and the Hammer!":
    Thor and Firelord attack the armies of President Elmirez; In Asgard, Odin charges Balder with treason and orders him tossed in the dungeon; Balder calls him mad and fights his way free; Jane manages to free herself and challenges Gypsy for Thor's freedom; During their fight, the soldiers move to kill Jane, which frees Thor from his spell; Jane snags the Gypsy's gem from her brow, which also serves to free Firelord; They then easily capture El Lobo's forces and deposit them to President Elmirez's forces. Appearances by Hogun, Fandral, and Volstagg (story continues in Marvel Spotlight 30). Letter to the editor from comics historian Peter Sanderson.
